The bionic vet

Hello! today i'm going to speak about a veterinary that i admire and i choose to Noel Fitzpatrick.
Mr. Fitzpatrick is not a regular veterinary, he is a pionnering neuro-orthopaedic.
 He was born in ireland, in 1967 and obtain his bachelor of veterinary medicine in 1990 and take majors like orthopaedic and radiology in small animals, animal surgery and sports medicine and rehabilitation in different universitys in USA and England, where he lives and founding Fitzpatrick Referrals in 1997 (his clinic). In this place he make the most advanced and innovative diagnostic and rehabilitation facilities for small animal Neurology, Orthopaedics, Oncology and Soft tissue medicine in the UK. He have a television show called the bionic vet.
In 2009 was awarded from the University of Surrey in recognition of his outstanding contribution to the field of surgery and for pioneering the concept of 'One Medicine', the fusion of technologies advancing veterinary and human medicine in tandem.

 An example of his work is the case of Oscar, a cat that losed two feet in an accident with a combine harvester, and Noel became the first surgeon in the world to successfully apply a cutting edge amputation prosthesis to a cat.

  1. Hello Paula! I met him two months ago! (via internet obviously! hahaha) very recently! and He is incredible, is a combination of "love for animals", "technology", "science" and "biology"! I admire him very much for the work he does!! Noel is a great man! :D regards and have a good week!
